세계경제를 주도하는 독일어권 기업들을 개괄하고 글로벌 시대에 어떤 전략으로 독일 대표기업들이 기업문화를 만들어 가는지에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 통해 우리와 다른 독일어권 기업문화의 특징을 그려본다.

We examine broadly the german-speaking country’s company which takes the lead in international economy and look into the german-speaking country’s company which is making their company culture for strategy in global age. Thus, we must think the characteristics of the german-speaking country’s company unlike korean company.
